ヴィンヤサスタイルで、呼吸を大切にしながら、丁寧に、かつエネルギッシュにアーサナ（ポーズ）をとっていきます。

自分の身体の声を聴きながら一緒に過ごしましょう。

我が家にも2年前に保護犬がやってきました。毎朝一緒に瞑想からスタートしてます。 (彼女は寝る瞑想w)

• Enjoy Doga with rescue dogs
• Learn about dogs from a veterinarian
• Learn about rescue dogs issues in Japan
• Enjoy snuggling rescue dogs (an adoptable dog will be participating)

Vinyasa style.The class focuses on breathing while carefully yet energetically taking asanas (pose).

Let’s spend time together listening to your body.

I also adopted a dog two years ago. We start every morning with meditation together. (She is doing a sleeping meditation)
